Requesting a review
Credit-pack purchases are not automatically refundable through the current product workflow. If a purchase was duplicated, unauthorized, or credits could not be delivered because of a confirmed service failure, email support@demlivo.com with the account email and payment reference.
How requests are assessed
We review the payment status, credit ledger and whether purchased credits were already consumed. Any refund or correction is handled through the configured payment and credit operations and remains subject to applicable consumer law.
Do not send full card details. This policy does not promise approval of a refund or override rights available under applicable law.
