Information we collect
We process account and workspace details, service activity and technical request data needed to provide and secure Demlivo.
Product media and generated content
Uploaded screenshots and screen recordings are stored so you can create projects. Narration text, generated audio and rendered videos are processed and retained with the project until deleted under the service’s available deletion workflows.
AI and provider processing
When you request AI narration or speech, the relevant text and settings are sent to the provider configured for that action. Provider availability is controlled centrally.
Cookies, analytics and billing
Demlivo uses essential session and security cookies. Additional analytics apply only when configured. Payment providers process payment credentials; Demlivo retains transaction references and billing records rather than raw card details.
Retention, deletion and your rights
Some deleted project items may remain temporarily recoverable, while transaction and operational records may be retained for legitimate accounting, security and legal needs. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
